Polls in Swipe are a great way to interact with your audience. Whether you want to gauge what your class knows or what version of a design your client likes more, it’s a great way to get something more out of presenting your stuff to someone. We’ve just made polls even better by adding live results, a very simple way for you to see the what your audience thinks in real-time.

When you’re in control mode and presenting live, you’ll notice that the “Submit result” button now says “View live results”. If you tap it, you’ll see the results update live on your screen as people submit their vote. This works on a phone, tablet, or a computer with a projector.

When viewing the live results, you’ll notice that the “view live results” button changes to a green button that says “show results to everyone.” Clicking that will show the same results to every single person connected too, all in real-time.

This opens up some new opportunities for you, whether that’s in the classroom or in front of a big audience. Not only can you interact and collect information, but you can react on the fly based on what your audience answers and you can also show them the results to cement your conclusions.

Ask happily and please let us know what you think of the new live polls results.
